3.24.030 Administration and Collection:
This section is included in your selections.
A. The administration and collection of the tax imposed in Section 3.24.020 shall be in accordance with the provisions of RCW 82.14.050.
B. The revenues received from the tax imposed by Sections 3.24.011 and 3.24.012 shall be general revenues of the Transportation Benefit District Funds and shall be used for those purposes as authorized by law. (Ord. 3041, 12/12/23)
