The City of Moses Lake stated its intent to establish the Park and Recreation Improvement Fund with the passage of Ordinance No. 1526 on July 14, 1992. It is desired to further establish and define the purpose of the Park and Recreation Improvement Fund. (Ord. 1530, 1992)
