In addition to the posting and publication requirements of Section 20.07.020, notice of appeal hearings shall be as follows:

A. For administrative approvals, notice shall be mailed to adjacent property owners.

B. For Planning Commission recommendations and Hearing Examiner decisions being appealed to the Council, mailing to parties of record from the Commission or Examiner hearing.

C. For Council decisions being appealed to the Hearing Examiner, mailing to parties of record from the Council hearing. (Ord. 2949, 4/14/20; Ord. 2105, 12/23/02)
