All volunteer firemen of the city’s Fire Department who elect, in writing, to come under membership in the statewide Volunteer Firemen’s Relief and Pensions Program shall be covered. There shall be no minimum number of enrollees required in order for any volunteer fireman to be able to participate. (Ord. 1208, 1986)
