The City of Moses Lake has elected and does elect to participate as an employee member in the VFRP program offered by the State of Washington for relief, retirement, pensions, and the like for the volunteer firemen of the city’s fire department and, therefore, binds itself to the provisions of RCW 41.24 as it is now written or in the future may be amended.
