A. General Information. The City Clerk will prepare an agenda for each Council meeting specifying the time and place of the meeting, and set forth a brief general description of each item to be considered by the Council.

B. Adding an Item to a Published Agenda. An item may not be placed on a regular Council meeting agenda after the agenda is closed and a notice published, except as authorized by the City Manager or City Council.

C. Agenda Finalization Schedule. Agenda materials will be available online on the Friday prior to the meeting. Agenda items are due by 4:00 p.m. the day before packet is distributed. Agenda items submitted after the agenda is published will be processed for the next Council meeting packet. (Ord. 2972, 5/25/21)
