19.06.180 Permitted Uses in Buffer Areas:
This section is included in your selections.
The following activities are permitted within a wetland buffer:
A. Wells and necessary appurtenances including a pump, pump house. Access to the well and pump house shall be allowed.
B. Lift stations and necessary appurtenances. Access to the lift station shall be allowed.
C. Pervious trails and associated viewing platforms. (Ord. 2134, 11/11/03; Ord. 1587, 1993)
