Pursuant to the authority conferred by RCW 35A.63.170, as amended, there will be created the position of Hearing Examiner. The Hearing Examiner shall interpret, review, and implement land use regulations as provided in this ordinance and other ordinances. The term Hearing Examiner shall likewise include the Hearing Examiner Pro-Tem. (Ord. 2144, 12/9/03; Ord. 1427, 1990)
