Recognizing that there may be ambiguities in any chapter and that it may be necessary to obtain an interpretation or ruling regarding intent, interpretation, or definition, the Community Development Director may forward a request to the Hearing Examiner for an interpretation or ruling regarding the application of the provisions of this chapter to any existing or proposed sign.
