The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Insurance Administration in a scientific and engineering report entitled "The Flood Insurance Study for Grant County, Washington and Incorporated Areas” dated February 18, 2009 and any revisions thereto, with accompanying flood insurance rate maps (FIRM) and any revisions thereto, are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this ordinance. The Flood Insurance Study and the FIRM are on file at City of Moses Lake, 321 S. Balsam, Moses Lake, WA 98837.
