Whenever a use is proposed for property in the BP Zone, the Community Development Director shall determine under which of the use classifications set forth in section 18.41.020 the proposed use is classified. All such determinations shall be based upon a finding that the use is consistent with the description and purpose for the BP Zone set forth in MLMC 18.41.010. (Ord. 2144, 12/9/03)
