The required width of residential lots fronting on curved streets, including cul-de-sac bulbs, may be reduced to not less than forty feet (40'); provided, that the required lot area is obtained within one hundred twenty feet (120') of the front property line abutting a curved street and that there shall be a minimum sixty-five foot (65') lot width at the front building line on the lot.
