The purpose of this chapter is to provide a method for summary approval of boundary line adjustments between lots, unplatted tracts, or both; which boundary line adjustment does not create any additional lot or unplatted tract; does not create a lot or unplatted tract with insufficient lot area and dimension as required by the Zoning Ordinance; and ensures that public concerns of health, safety, and welfare are satisfied.
