A. The Plat Administrator shall transmit the subdivision application, comments and recommendations from other offices and agencies, comments from the public, and comments and recommendations from City departments to the Hearing Examiner prior to the public hearing.

B. The Hearing Examiner shall review the preliminary subdivision application, comments and recommendations, testimony, and exhibits submitted at the hearing to assure conformance of the proposed subdivision with the Comprehensive Plan, state and local codes, and Community Street and Utility Standards. The Hearing Examiner shall approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove the preliminary subdivision.
