A. The Plat Administrator shall approve or disapprove the final subdivision within the time limitations established by state law, unless the applicant consents to an extension of that time period in writing.

B. If the Plat Administrator finds that the final subdivision application conforms to all terms of the preliminary subdivision approval, the requirements of state law, and all other requirements, the Plat Administrator shall approve the final subdivision. (Ord. 2576, 7/27/10)
