Secondary streets are arterial streets that distribute trips of moderate lengths between different geographic areas of the City. Secondary streets include all arterials that are not otherwise classified as primary streets. Secondary streets provide access to identifiable areas of the City, but they do not enter into identifiable areas of the City.
