A. When additions or alterations are made to existing buildings that are covered by this chapter of the Moses Lake Municipal Code, such buildings shall meet the requirements of this chapter of the Moses Lake Municipal Code, when such addition or alteration exceeds twenty-five percent (25%) of the assessed valuation of the building.

B. When additions or alterations are made to existing buildings that are covered by this chapter of the Moses Lake Municipal Code, such buildings shall meet the requirements of this chapter of the Moses Lake Municipal Code when such addition or alteration exceeds twenty-five percent (25%) of the gross floor area.

C. When the occupancy classification of a building is changed to an occupancy covered by this chapter, such building shall meet all the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 1199, 1986)
