16.48.080 Deviation Conditions:
This section is included in your selections.
Upon written request from the applicant, the Fire Marshal may approve minor deviations to fire hydrant space and location requirements, provided that:
A. Strict compliance would require an unreasonable hydrant location;
B. The deviation would not unreasonably diminish fire protection to the area.
