16.02.080 Pole Buildings:
This section is included in your selections.
A. A “pole building” is defined as a wood frame structure which is built using post and beam construction without concrete footings or foundation.
B. No pole building as defined in subsection A of this section shall be constructed or erected in any area or zone of the City of Moses Lake. (Ord. 3025, 5/23/23; Ord. 2172, 7/27/04; Ord. 2073, 7/23/02)
