13.12.051 Water, Sewer, Garbage, Ambulance, and Stormwater Billing:
This section is included in your selections.
A water, sewer, garbage, ambulance, and stormwater bill shall be mailed every month to every customer for water, sewer, garbage, ambulance, and stormwater services supplied during the time period shown on the bill. Each water, sewer, garbage, ambulance, and stormwater bill shall contain the following information:
A. The charge and/or installment.
B. The date of the bill.
C. The bills are due within thirty (30) days from the date of the bill. Past due amounts are due immediately upon receipt of a bill.
D. Notice if bill is based on an estimated measurement of the amount of service supplied.
