All sewer side connections contributing waste waters into the Hallmark Lift located at Marina and Interlake shall be assessed an additional fee of one-half cent per square foot on the following property:

Tracts #101 through 119, Battery Orchard Tracts Tracts #71, 77, and 78, Battery Orchard Tracts Tracts #2 and 3, Replat of Sun Basin Plat (Ord. 803, 1977)
