Water services connected to mains constructed prior to 1960 by combined L.I.D. and city water/sewer funds shall be assessed two dollars per front foot minus the total principal amount paid under the local improvement district. If any L.I.D. assessment exceeds the two dollars per front foot charge, there will be no refund. (Ord. 803, 1977)
