The City reserves the right at any time, without notice, to shut off the water supply for repairs, extension, nonpayment of rate, or for any other reason; and the City shall not be responsible for any damage such as bursting of boilers supplied by direct pressure, the breaking of new pipes or fixtures, any damage to property caused by fire on account of insufficient water supply or pressure, or for any other damage resulting from the shutting off of water or from the insufficiency of the supply of water or pressure.
