Pursuant to RCW 35.72 the City of Moses Lake may contract with developers for the construction of municipal street improvements. Additionally, the city may join in with property owners in the financing of the construction of municipal street improvements. (Ord. 2229, 8/9/05; Ord. 1218, 1986)
