12.24.090 Care of Plantlife:
This section is included in your selections.
Except to abate or remove a public nuisance as allowed or required by Section 12.24.070 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code or as allowed by Section 12.24.030 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code, the following events are violations of this chapter.
A. To damage, destroy, or mutilate any plantlife in a public place.
B. To attach or place any rope or wire to any plantlife within a public place, which rope or wire is not used to support a young or broken tree.
C. To attach or place any sign, poster, handbill, or other thing to any plantlife growing in a public place.
D. To allow any substance to harm plantlife within a public place. (Ord. 2225, 8/9/05)
