It is the duty of persons occupying property to abate or remove public nuisances caused by plantlife by destroying, removing, or trimming the plantlife. All public nuisances shall be referred to Chapter 8.14 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code for enforcement actions. (Ord. 2225, 8/9/05)
