The licensee shall obtain and maintain public liability and property damage insurance in amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) which shall remain in full force and effect during the duration of the license. The insurance policy shall name the city as an additional named insured and the policy shall not be canceled or reduced without prior written notice to the city at least thirty (30) days in advance of the cancellation.
