This chapter is enacted for the purpose of establishing the procedures to be followed for obtaining a license for the installation of a structure or placement of any other item on sidewalks. Any structure or any other item that could impede travel in, or the general use of, the sidewalk shall be prohibited. (Ord. 2326, 5/22/07)
