All curb and sidewalk repairs require a Street and Utility Construction Permit in accordance with Chapter 12.16 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code. However, a permit is not required if sidewalk panels are either lifted or lowered to eliminate a hazard, provided that adjacent improvements are not disturbed in the process. (Ord. 2222, 8/9/05)
