A performance and maintenance bond that is provided to the city, on forms that are provided by the city, in an amount stipulated by the city of at least ten thousand dollars ($10,000), that guarantees completion of work authorized by a Street and Utility Construction Permit, and that provides for a two (2) year maintenance bond for the work that is authorized by a Street and Utility Construction Permit.
