A. No person shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk in the area bounded by the southwest side of Chestnut Street to the northeast side of Cedar Street and the northwest side of Broadway Avenue to the southeast side of Third Avenue as shown on the attached map which is incorporated by reference and made a part of this ordinance.

B. A person may ride a bicycle on any other sidewalk or any roadway unless restricted or prohibited by traffic-control devices.

C. Whenever any person is riding a bicycle upon a sidewalk, such person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian. (Ord. 1333, 1988; Ord. 899, 1978)
