10.28.090 Bicycles - Parking:
This section is included in your selections.
No person shall park a bicycle upon a highway other than as follows:
A. Off the roadway except in designated areas;
B. Upon the sidewalk in a rack to support the bicycle, if provided;
C. Against a building;
D. In such manner as to afford the least obstruction to pedestrian traffic. (Ord. 899, 1978)
