Hazardous materials, other than flammable and explosive, shall be transported on truck routes of the State of Washington. Local delivery of hazardous material shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Moses Lake Police Chief or his representative. Transport of flammable, explosive, and hazardous waste materials regulated by the State Fire Code shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Fire Chief. No hazardous materials may be stored on trucks within the City of Moses Lake. (Ord. 2503, 7/28/09; Ord. 1399, 1989)
