10.14.010 Definitions:
This section is included in your selections.
The following definitions shall apply in the interpretation and enforcement of this chapter:
A. “Municipal Services Director” is the Municipal Services Director or his or her designee.
B. “Park” means to set and leave, unattended, a motor vehicle on a public right-of-way. The definition includes an unattended stalled motor vehicle or an unattended motor vehicle mired in snow or an unattended motor vehicle unable to move because of sleet or ice. (Ord. 1223, 1986)
