No street right-of-way in any residential zone of the City of Moses Lake, or which is the boundary of any residential zone, shall be used for the parking or storage of any farm vehicle, for-hire vehicle, limousine, motor home, motor truck, private carrier bus, road tractor, semi trailer, park trailer, travel trailer, tractor, truck tractor, boat, or any other commercial vehicle except for the purpose of making deliveries.
