Whenever by this chapter or any other ordinance or resolution, or order of the City Engineer, any parking time limit is imposed or parking is prohibited on designated streets, appropriate signs shall be erected giving notice thereof, and no such regulations shall be effective unless said signs are erected and in place at the time of any alleged offense, except the restrictions and prohibitions of Sections 10.12.025, 10.12.032, 10.12.037, 10.12.038, 10.12.040, 10.12.045, 10.12.050, 10.12.060, 10.12.070(C), and any State law shall not require any posting unless the Moses Lake Municipal Code or State law require posting.
